Ball Drop Terms & Conditions
- 1. Need not be present to win. Winner will be contacted by e-mail and phone.
- 2. Multiple winners (more than one ball in the hole) splits the prize of $2,000.
- 3. If no Hole-in-One occurs, then the single ball closest-to-the-pin wins $1,000.
- 4. Golf balls provided by Down Syndrome Association of Orange County will be the only ones eligible to win.
- 5. Date and approximate time of event: Monday June 11, 2012 at 5:45 p.m.
- 6. Location of event: Los Coyotes Country Club, Buena Park.
- 7. Cost per ball: $25 (or) 5 for $100 (1 FREE)
- 8. Event will be videotaped and posted on www.dsaoc.org.
- 9. On-line ball drop ticket sales will end on Friday, June 8. You can still purchase tickets until 4:30 p.m. Monday, June 11 at the event, or while supplies last. Purchase your banquet tickets to watch the Ball Drop live - download the registration form above or call DSAOC to register for dinner only 714.540.5794.
- 10. In the event the ball drop is cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstance, a future date will be scheduled and announced on our web site.
