DSAOC Announces our 2017-2018 Educator of the Year
5/29/2018Congratulations to our 2017-2018 DSAOC Educator of the Year – Dana Zimpelmann - Special Education Teacher of the Bridges Program at Orange High School.
Nominated by The Mattson Family (Janette and Tim) Parents of Rebecca Mattson.
For her outstanding efforts for inclusion, education and tailoring teaching plans so that every child can and will succeed. Ms. Zimpelmann works hard to build relationships with mainstream teachers in order create spaces for her students to excel and be included. Most of her students are on a sports team and mainstream in various subjects such as art, history, science and math.
